Services and Prices

I’m Andy Birkett, a fully qualified driving instructor who can help you learn to drive in Darlington, Northallerton, Newton Aycliffe, Catterick, Richmond, Middleton St George or any surrounding areas. Here are various driving lessons and courses I can provide:

2 hour lessons – Otherwise known as pay-as-you-go lessons, my 2 hour lessons are each – unsurprisingly – 120 minutes long. My per-hour charge for pay-as-you-go lessons is £38.

Block of 10 hours’ driving tuition – In booking a block of 10 hour-long driving lessons, you can save money. Depending on how far I would need to travel from Darlington in order to teach you, each lesson will last either one or two hours. The overall charge for this block booking is £370.

Intensive courses – If you already have at least 25 hours of driving experience, you could take an intensive course to obtain your driving licence in as little as five days. However, I recommend that you make sure you have passed your driving theory test before you take an intensive course.

Semi-intensive courses – A semi-intensive course has much in common with an intensive course, but is delivered at a more relaxed pace over two or more weeks. Please contact me to learn specific pricing details for my intensive and semi-intensive driving courses.
